Tiffany Wells is a director at Venus Rises. Tiffany brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial vision, operational management, strategic planning, and community-centered leadership to the organization. Her career has been defined by the ability to build meaningful environments that improve quality of life — a philosophy that now extends into her mission-driven work supporting women navigating midlife health challenges that remain significantly underfunded and underrepresented.

Charlotte Wooldridge is a director at Venus Rises and is actively involved in pre-medical and women’s health initiatives. She is a member of the FSU Undergraduate American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA), and volunteers with the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation (FBCF), supporting events and outreach efforts focused on education, awareness, and community engagement.
